Revised Perchorate Materials for Tribal Consultation

Please find attached the revised perchlorate tribal consultation materials
for transmission to the NTWC, who can share the materials with tribes (i.e.,
for the Region 9 RTOC). We will be putting together a consultation and
outreach plan--but until then, these materials can help
discussions among tribes. Also attached is (1) a map of the U.S.
showing perchlorate detections near tribal lands, and (2) an Excel
spreadsheet with a list of 428 tribal lands and those tribal lands within a
50 mile radius of public water systems that had a detection of perchlorate
during our national survey (93 total).

Let us know if you have any questions. In addition, any feedback you get
through the Council or other tribal meetings would be great to have for our
programs.
