Dear Recipient of CEQA Notices/Documents:

The South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) routinely distributes notices related to the availability of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) analyses prepared for proposed projects when the AQMD is the lead agency. In the past, hardcopies of these notices have been distributed by mail. To expedite the distribution process and reduce printing and postage costs, notices are now being distributed electronically via e-mail to interested parties. You have received this email because you have indicated that you prefer to receive information pertaining to CEQA electronically.

The purpose of this email, the attached letter plus Notice of Completion (NOC) of Draft Subsequent Environmental Assessment (SEA) is to allow public agencies and the public the opportunity to obtain, review and comment on the environmental analysis. Interested parties wishing to provide comments to these documents are requested to follow the instructions in the NOC.

The AQMD is making every effort to maintain an accurate CEQA contact list. If you believe that you have received this notice in error, forward this e-mail to the person appropriate within your organization to receive such notices and please also cc: the AQMD at: ceqa_admin@aqmd.gov.
