JOB ANNOUNCEMENT - NTAA PROGRAM COORDINATOR

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The NTAA Program Coordinator will be employed under the National Tribal Air Association (NTAA) grant for 0.6 FTE (24 hours/week). The NTAA Program Coordinator will serve as the project manager for the NTAA cooperative agreement. This position will supervise other NTAA staff and oversee the substantive direction of the program under the supervision of NTEC’s Executive Director and in collaboration with the NTAA Executive Committee. The NTAA Program Coordinator will also perform research and policy analysis in accordance with, and at the behest of, the NTAA Executive Committee. The Program Coordinator shall also serve as the day-to-day manager of the NTAA. The Program Coordinator shall draft meeting agendas, set up and facilitate such meetings, provide meeting minutes to organization members, provide regular updates to the EC and the organization’s general membership, etc. The Program Coordinator shall also contribute articles to the NTAA newsletter and website, and may be requested by the EC to give presentations to a variety of audiences including, but not limited to, tribal leaders and environmental staff, and governmental entities.
