Please share the attached draft Tribal PPG Best Practices Guide with interested tribes and consortia in your region.

The document is intended to assist in understanding the requirements,
intents and uses of tribal Performance Partnership Grants. It is
similar to a document developed for the State portion of the 40 CFR Part 35, but specifically reflects the regulations affecting assistance agreements to tribes. We are therefore particularly interested in their reviews and comments on the document's usefulness and accessibility.
