Dear Tribal Program Managers,

This message is to inform you of updates to the tribal consultation process for EPA’s FY 2014-2018 Strategic Plan. We ask that you forward this information, as appropriate, to your tribal contacts and partnership groups.

Due to changes in the public comment period, OCFO is rescheduling the August 14, 2013 tribal consultation conference call. We will continue to host our originally scheduled September 17, 2013 conference call with tribes and we will now host a second teleconference call with tribes on October 16, 2013.

Please see the chart below for detailed information. I have also included this same information in an attachment, which will be posted on the Tribal Portal.

October 31, 2013 Public comment period on draft FY 2014-2018 Strategic Plan EPA will post public comment dates on EPA’s Tribal Consultation Opportunities Tracking System website (http://tcots.epa.gov) when they become available.

We will post the draft Strategic Plan on the EPA’s Strategic Plan website (http://www2.epa.gov/planandbudget/strategicplan) and http://www.regulations.gov. These websites will include instructions for submitting comments electronically.
