ITLTRF Preparedness and Planning Meeting with Indian Health

Good Morning,
You (and or your representative) are invited to attend a Preparedness and Planning Meeting hosted by ITLTRF in cooperation with Indian Health Clinic on June 1, 2012 at at 10am-Noon. We will meet at the Rincon Fire Station 33485 Valley Center Road, Valley Center, CA 92082.

We envision the meeting to be the first of several Preparedness and Planning meetings between tribes, tribal entities and enterprises, and our regional partners. The goal is to meet with the Indian Health Council reps and our partners to discuss Emergency Operations Plans as the weather warms up and fire season begins. If you have a specific agenda item you would like added to our discussion topics or if you think another agency or representative should be at this meeting, then please email me directly so that I can take care of these matters and include all interested parties.

Agenda: Round-table Discussion
1) Indian Health Council, Needs/Concerns (Emergency Operation Plan)
2) Agency & Partner Updates since 2007 & 2010 Fire and Sever Storms
(Lessons Learned, Best Practices Implemented since then, Current Gaps & Resources Still in Need)
3) Moving Forward Together (Strengthen Communications, Coordinate Response, Identify Resources)
