The Inter Tribal Council of Arizona, Inc. (ITCA) will be sponsoring an Underground Storage Tank (UST) Compliance Training for Owners/Operators on March 8, 2012 from 8:00am-4:30pm. The training will be hosted by NAEPC and the Pala Band of Mission Indians and will be held at the Pala Tribal Administration Building. It is highly recommended that all Owners/Operators of UST systems attend this training.
The content of the training consists of federal compliance information and how to prepare for a federal UST inspection. More importantly, the training will provide important information on management practices for a safer and healthier environment for community members. The course contents include the following:
• UST Federal Requirements
• Reporting and Record Keeping
• Financial Responsibility
• UST Operation and Maintenance
• Compliance Issues
• On-Site Walk Through Demonstration
