We are pleased to announce a Webinar on the National Fish, Wildlife and Plants Climate Adaptation Strategy (Strategy) for tribes to be held on February 29th.

The Webinar is an opportunity to learn more about the development and goals of the Strategy, ask questions, and provide comments verbally or in writing.

Developed by federal, state, and tribal agency partners, the draft Strategy is a framework for unified action to help decision makers and resource managers prepare for and reduce the impacts of climate change on species, ecosystems, and the people and economies that depend on them.

The draft Strategy is available for public review and comment through March 5, 2012, at the web site www.wildlifeadaptationstrategy.gov.
