Good afternoon Tribal Pesticide Representative,

The Inter Tribal Council of Arizona, Inc. (ITCA) will be sponsoring FY2012 Tribal Pesticide Inspector Training, in coordination with the Gila River Indian Community, on June 12th-14th, 2012, at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino in Chandler, Arizona.

In an effort to have another successful pesticide training, the planning committee drafted a short survey to help us develop a training agenda to get feedback on potential pesticide related topics of concern to you.
