ITEP 40-hour Hazwoper Oct 24-28

Institute for Tribal Environmental Professionals (ITEP) will be hosting one in Tempe on October 24th-28th. I spoke with the program coordinator, Roberta Tohannie, this morning and space is definitely limited. I believe she said there are 6 spaces left and filling fast. I would strongly recommend that you act fast as this is a great opportunity, especially since they will pay for lodging expenses and reimburse per diem. I attached the detailed information and requirements for this training. Application is needed as soon as possible along with a medical evaluation in accordance with the Respiratory Protection Standard, 29 CFR 1910.134. If a medical evaluation cannot be provided due to the immediate response of the application for this training, a supervisor approval will suffice stating that the individual is fit to wear respiratory protection equipment.
