Everyone,
This year's CWA 319 grant solicitation has been released. The solicitation requests project proposals that address nonpoint source water quality impairments. The solicitation closes on Friday, September 16th. Please see webpage for more info (http://www.swrcb.ca.gov/water_issues/pr ... tice.shtml).
As in previous years, the grant program has approximately $4.5 million to implement TMDLs through implementation and planning/assessment projects. Regional Boards have developed a preference list for waterbody/pollutant combinations that can be found starting on page 11 of Attachment 1 of the solicitation notice (http://www.swrcb.ca.gov/water_issues/pr ... ttach1.pdf).
