Short Description: EPA has requested that registrants of rodenticides include new protections (mitigation measures) on labels for their products. EPA notified registrants not to sell or distribute after June 4, 2011, rodenticides without the new labels (with protection measures).
A few registrants have refused to voluntarily make these label changes.
EPA wants to provide an update on the status of this effort.
