Purpose: Characterize/cleanup open dumps, develop integrated solid waste management plans and codes, and develop and implement alternative solid waste management activities/facilities (including equipment acquisition).
Award Amount: $10,000 to a maximum of $500,000, one million nationally (approximately 10 awards)
Proposals Due: April 16, 2010.
