Hello everyone,

I am writing to you today as you will be presenting during the upcoming 2013 Tribal Lands Forum. We will be setting up all the rooms that will be used for the Monday trainings and the breakout sessions during the day of Sunday, August 18. So, they will all be ready for you. Each of the meeting rooms will be equipped with a laptop and digital projector. There will also be an AV cart and screen. Each room will have wireless internet access and, if needed, we can hook the laptops into house sound for those showing videos.

My team and I will be bringing all of the laptops and projectors. In an effort to have all the laptops loaded with the appropriate presentations, I am asking that you please send me your presentations by Friday, August 9. This will give me time to load up the presentations on the appropriate laptops and make sure everything works before we leave for New Mexico.

I want to thank all of you for your willingness to share your expertise with the forum attendees, and I look forward to seeing you all in just a few weeks.
