A Solid Waste Workgroup call has been scheduled for Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm.

As a follow up to our previous discussions regarding the Draft Environmental Protection Agency-Wide Plan to Provide Solid Waste Management Capacity Assistance to Tribes, we have set up another conference call to discuss the Plan. The Region 9 RTOC has used the attached document as a starting point for the development of detailed comments, that are due from tribes to EPA by Thursday, November 8, 2012.



Prior to the call a draft comment letter will be sent for your review, to be discussed on the call.
