Dear Tribal Contacts:
The attached memo was sent out today by Superintendent Eben requesting information on renewable energy projects on reservations. The information you provide will be used to report to the Secretary’s office. Below is the information we are looking for, which can be faxed or emailed back to me by October 12th .

Obstacles preventing the project from moving forward:
