Attached is a Notice of Opportunity to Comment on the Proposed Approval of an Amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the San Diego Region to include a definition of a commercial growing operation in Conditional Waiver No. 4 for Agricultural and Nursery Operations.
Comment Deadline is July 13, 2011 by 12 noon.
