Rulemaking Underway Related to Disclosure of All Pesticide Ingredients
"EPA is seeking comment on options for increasing public disclosure of all inert ingredients in pesticides registered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). EPA's Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) published in the Federal Register on December 23, 2009, and is available in the Public Docket (docket ID EPA-HQ-OPP-2009-0635)." (20 January 2010)"
