New BECC General Manager Maria Elena Giner

On October 15, 2010 the Board of Directors of the Border Environment Cooperation Commission (BECC) and the North American Development Bank (NADB) appointed Maria Elena Giner as General Manager of the BECC for a five-year term, as established by the BECC Charter.
