Waste (Goal 3) Task Force Meeting

The Waste task force binational meeting is scheduled for March 29th, 1pm – 3pm Pacific Standard time (PST).

This meeting will be virtual (on-line via Zoom) and open to the general public.
Simultaneous English and Spanish interpretation will be provided.

This meeting will address issues related to sustainable materials management by convening task force members, as well as non-governmental organizations, university researchers, and interested community members.

The meeting is tentatively expected to include representatives from:
· US: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
· US: California state Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)
· US: California state Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle)
· US: San Diego County
· MX: Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable (SMADS)
· MX: Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (SEMARNAT)
