Information on FIFRA Section 18 and 24(c) Pilot

The FIFRA Section 18 and 24(c) project.
The pilot expires on November 10, 2011. When the pilot expires, OPP is interested in adopting
the same provisions (except the opt-out provision) as final policy and would like
feedback from tribes on how the current pilot is working.
