Two compliance brochures for UST owners and operators

I am writing to tell you two compliance assistance brochures for UST owners and operators in Indian country are now available. Spill Buckets: Best Management Practices For Your Underground Storage Tank(EPA-510-F-12-001, March 2012) and Recordkeeping And Notification: Best Management Practices For Your Underground Storage Tank(EPA-510-F-12-002, March 2012) are available on our website at www.epa.gov/oust/pubs/ustbmps.html. We designed these brochures as compliance assistance resources to help UST owners and operators in Indian country with the UST regulations. We plan to develop two additional brochures which will focus on overfill protection, and tank and piping release detection.
