As you may be aware, a letter indicating the Fuels Project and Community Assistance Project Proposals, with instructions has not be sent out. This is due to the BIA National Fuels Management Program having made a lot of changes that has affected the BIA Pacific Region’s Fuels Management Program. Therefore, the Pacific Region has recently revised its processes for managing the Fuels Management Program, including requirements. The deadline has been moved from March 1 to April 1, 2012 for submission of required documentation for proposing Fuels and Community Assistance projects. All proposals are required to follow the processes that will be presented at the BIA Pacific Region’s Fuels Management Workshop that will be held on February 28 and 29, 2012.
