OECA Response to TPPC Comments on Grant Guidance

Please find attached the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance’s response the TPPC comment letter regarding the Agency’s “Guidance for Funding Development and Administration of Tribal Pesticide Field Programs and Enforcement Cooperative Agreements” (response is embedded in comment letter). As the final Guidance is expected to go out on Tuesday of next week, EPA wanted to gets its response to the Council’s comments in advance.

As an aside, Al Havinga is moving onto another job in OECA, hence the TPPC will be working with someone else in the future regarding this Office’s policies as they affect Indian tribes.
