On August 1st, President Obama signed the attached Executive Order to improve the safety and security at chemical facilities and reduce the risks of hazardous chemicals to first responders, workers and communities. Mathy Stanislaus, EPA Assistant Administrator for the Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response, would like to talk to tribal representatives about the Executive Order.
