NIOSH National Pesticide PPE Training Committee

Dear Valued Stakeholders,

As a result of last year’s NIOSH 2011 PPT Stakeholder Meeting for Pesticide Handlers in Pittsburgh, PA on Pesticide PPE barriers and solutions, we are supporting the development of a National Pesticide PPE Training Solutions Committee.

The first meeting of the solutions committee is scheduled for Dec 12th (1:00-3:00PM) and will take place via Live meetings, however, you are welcome to join via phone only. This meeting is limited to 50 attendees. For more information on the committee please see the attached strategic plan.

Meeting Objectives
1. Determine the extent of interest in a National Training Solutions Committee as outlined
2. Determine the scope of the work that could be achieved by the committee in one to two years
3. Determine likely resources for achieving the work of the committee
4. Determine how the committee will function in working towards these objectives
