PNW Network Conference Call April 25, 2012

Post by NaepcA1 »

Dear PNW Tribal Climate Change Network:

Thank you to everyone who filled out the survey. An overwhelming majority of those who completed the survey indicated a preference for a standing meeting each month. And over three-quarters of respondents indicated that the fourth Wednesday of each month from 10:00 - 11:30 am would generally work for a call-time. (For those who asked, I wanted to avoid Mondays and Fridays in general, and there is a standing call for the National Climate Assessment Tribal Technical Input Team every Tuesday that would have conflicted with numerous people on the Network.)

If there are people on the Network who aren't able to make these calls on a regular basis, we can always schedule additional calls as needed, and I am always happy to set up a time to talk with Network participants individually. Following is a list of meeting dates between now and November for our regularly-scheduled calls and the call-in information.

PNW Tribal Climate Change Network Conference Call Dates:
April 25, 2012
May 23, 2012 (Please note, this is the first day as the Indigenous Communities and Climate Change Conference at the UO. For anyone attending the conference, I will have a room reserved and call-in line set up during this time as it will not conflict with any conference events.)

June 27, 2012
July 25, 2012
August 22, 2012
September 26, 2012
October 24, 2012
November 28, 2012

Call-in Information:
Call Time: 10:00 am - 11:30 Pacific
Call-in #: 1-888-858-2144
Pass code: 5064716

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,
Kathy
