Hello Everyone, there are two announcements from Marco Sigala msigala@mlml.calstate.edu of the SWAMP Data Management Team. The first is about a webinar for taxonomy data entry and the other is regarding the April 9 webinar for bioassessment field form updates:

Announcement 1
On May 1st from 10:00 am - noon, Marco Sigala of the SWAMP Data Management Team will host a WebEx webinar on the topic of taxonomy data entry and submittals. Marco will discuss the SWAMP Taxonomy data template for reporting data to SWAMP and/or CEDEN as well as a tool SWAMP has for entering taxonomy data. This webinar is geared towards taxonomy labs but Project Managers should also attend to learn and understand the process so you can work with your taxonomy labs accordingly. Registration is not required and all you need to do is log into the meeting using the information below.

Announcement 2
For those who participating in the WebEx webinar on Monday regarding updates to the SWAMP Bioassessment Field Forms for the 2012 sampling season. Due to technical difficulties encountered during the presentation, I recorded the webinar again and added more detail on how to use the Export application.
