EPA NPS Grant due May 2, 2018

Post by NaepcA1 »

Greetings,

This is a reminder that the Competitive NPS Tribal RFP is posted! EPA is soliciting proposals from eligible tribes and intertribal consortia to develop and/or implement watershed-based plans and other on-the-ground projects that will result in significant steps towards solving NPS impairments on a watershed-wide basis. Proposals are due May 2, 2018. EPA estimates $2.5 million in federal funds will be awarded under this solicitation, depending on Agency funding levels.

The FY 2018 Tribal Competitive 319 Grant Request for Proposals has been posted to the Tribal NPS page which you can access at the link below:
https://www.epa.gov/nps/nonpoint-source ... ation#COmp

Some important dates you need to know for the FY2018 competitive grant period:
• April 20, 2018 – The final deadline for Tribes to submit clarifying questions about the RFP.
• May 2, 2018 (11:59pm Eastern) – Proposals are DUE. Applications must be posted to Grants.gov by this date and time. Please try and upload your proposal and application at least a week before the due date, to avoid any last minute issues with Grants.gov.
