National Tribal Toxics Committee

Post by NaepcA1 »

Greetings,
As the Chair of the National Tribal Toxics Committee, I appreciate your consideration of this solicitation notice, and request that you forward it to any individuals who you think might be interested in participating.
The National Tribal Toxics Council (NTTC) is seeking interested individuals to join the Council. The NTTC is a Tribal Partnership Group (TPG) funded by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and is comprised of representatives from Tribes and Tribal organizations around the country. The mission of the NTTC is to advance Tribal chemical risk management and pollution prevention program development in cooperation with EPA’s Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP). Please go to http://www.tribaltoxics.org for more information and you can view the organization’s charter here: http://www.tribaltoxics.org/images/stor ... signed.pdf
There are approximately 3 positions on the Council available. The terms of office are 2 years. Selection to the Council will be based on diversity of geography and expertise, striving for a broad range of perspectives to further the NTTC’s mission.
This solicitation will remain open until the positions are filled.
Please send resumes with a letter indicating interest in participating in the NTTC to Ken Cronin, NTTC Program Director at kcronin@ntec.org.
Thank you,
Dianne Barton, NTTC Chair
