Topic: Wood Heater New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) ― EPA will discuss its plans to revisit the 2015 NSPS. This action is being taken to make sure we have a rule that reflects real-world conditions. A key part of this action is establishing compliance test methods (and collecting data) which reflect how wood burning appliances are typically used. At the same time, EPA is planning to issue a couple Federal Register notices to solicit public comment on a number of issues associated with the 2015 NSPS.
