Dear Tribal Environmental/Natural Resource Professional,
The Institute for Tribal Environmental Professionals is excited to be collaborating with the Climate Science Alliance: South Coast on an Introduction to Climate Change Adaptation Planning course scheduled for August 07-09, 2018.
This course provides an overview to planning for climate change impacts, highlighting the work of several tribes. The course is intended for tribal environmental and natural resource professionals who expect to be involved in climate change adaptation planning. Since the course will focus on climate change impacts and planning in this specific region, we especially encourage people from respective/appropriate regions to attend. Applications received by Wednesday, June 20, will have priority consideration.
Please pass on the information onto anyone you feel would benefit or be interested in this course. Of course, they must work within the environmental field for a federally recognized tribe.
